Looking back in the last 14 years since starting NeoSol Marketing what are you most proud of?

Our ability to maintain long term relationships with our clients. We have a 90% retention rate, which means once we get a new client, 9 out 10 times they stay for the long run. This has been our goal from the beginning. We have clients that have been consistently working with us for 13-14 years. Some have had ups downs due to budget or strategy changes and they call us back when they are ready to start over. It’s truly a team effort, everyone works hard to keep our clients happy.

What do you hope to accomplish in the next 5 years?

Solidify our coverage nationwide for mainstream and Hispanic markets. My dream has always been to avoid driving, so either having a driver or an automatic car would be really a real accomplishment.

If you could go back in time and tell you younger self anything, What would it be?

Continue your gym and diet routine regardless of how busy it gets. The typical cliché of maintaning balance between work and play is actually my best advice to myself. Which is my advice for my future self as well.
