We are happy to announce Casaro Cheese as NeoSol’s newest client!

Casaro in Italian means “cheesemaker” and their Master Cheesemakers have been handcrafting high quality original Italian specialty cheeses since 1929. It’s no surprise that they offer a great selection of Wisconsin made cheeses from creamy fresh Mozzarella to aged Parmesan, Romano and Asiago. Plus their cheeses are made from fresh local Wisconsin milk (which is delivered daily from local farmers).

One of our favorite Casaro offerings is their Mascarpone cheese. Casaro Mascarpone cheese is all natural and with no additives, it’s an amazing healthy option to other soft cheeses such as cream cheese. The possibilities are endless when enjoying their Mascarpone cheese as it has a slightly sweet and buttery flavor. You can spread it on breads like bagels or english muffins, melt it into sauces, mix with maple syrup to make a fruit dip or pair it with fresh fruit and cookies.
